The M*A*S 90 EVOLUTION/2 Accounts Payable application effectively manages cash
flow while saving time and increasing accuracy.  Invoice entry is simplified
by the automatic calculation of discounts and due dates, and the distribution
of invoice amounts to the proper General Ledger accounts.  Additional features
include:manual check processing, extended stub reports, multiple check
printing per vendor in the same check run, default printer selection, a 40
character user-defined check message and a 32 character invoice comment field,
divisional accounting, multiple bank account processing, and automatic payment
selection.  Check register history may be retained indefinitely.  Inquiry
programs provide ``inquiry only'' access to vendor and check history files.
You may print timely management reports, such as the Cash Requirements Report
and Aged Invoice Report.  These reports provide cash flow projections and
aging breakdowns needed to make informed financial decisions and to give you
true control over your costs.
